Step 1

Consultation to understand aims

The first step is one of the most important: we'll work together to document your requirements. We can talk through how many samples you want, what measure size, the style of packaging, and the logistics involved. This conversation serves to kick-off the project.

Step 2

Product development options

We'll work together to establish design options and budgets, which we can then shortlist and refine. This gives us the direction we'll pursue for the rest of the project.

Step 3

Product development finalisation

The next step is to hone in on preferred design and finalising the full spec and artwork. The two most obvious elements are the sample bottles and the presentation box they'll appear in. But we can also help design other elements that will add that extra professional flourish to your tasting set. For example, tasting cards, sleeves for the sample box, and even shipping outers.

Step 4

Production planning

If you already have your own spirits, we can help arrange transport to our specialist bottling hall. If you don't have your own spirits, fear not, we can help you source the best liquid to meet your requirements. We have a wide range of industry connections, so whether you're after whisky, rum, gin, or beyond, we can help you source it at good value prices.

Step 5

Production execution

Once all the plans are in place, it's time to move into production. We work with specialist packaging manufacturers and printers, and will work with them to produce the sample box and bottle labels. Our specialist bottling facilities are uniquely geared up to produce miniature bottles, in a variety of small-size formats. We are also able to meet the SWA's requirement for Scotch to be bottled in Scotland.

Step 6

Fulfilment

Once the tasting sets have been produced, and double-checked for quality, they're ready to head to customers. We can either transport en-mass to you. Or, we can help with direct fulfilment to your customers, using our tried-and-tested logistics network. All that's left is for customers to open, pour, and explore!
